Description: A photo of a log chute from the top of hill to facilitate the removal of logs. The removal of logs was hastened by the construction of the 660 foot chute from the top of the hill to a new road that lead directly to the saw mill. The chute was constructed of cull logs, slabs and fourth grade lumber. This photo was taken as part of Project No. 11, General Cleanup. View on Ohio Memory.
