Description: James A. Campbell, located on the bottom row, sixth from the left, poses with other executives of the Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company in Youngstown, Ohio, ca. 1920-1929. An entrepreneur at heart, Campbell was a successful businessman prior to founding Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company in 1900. In 1885, at the age of 35, he managed and directed the Youngstown Ice Company. Campbell's later positions included general superintendent of the Trumbull Iron Company in Warren, Ohio, general superintendent of the Mahoning Valley Iron Company at Youngstown, and Youngstown district manager of Republic Iron and Steel Company.
