Description: Long, slender bone needle has tapered and slightly rounded points at each end. Needle eye is 16.5 mm from one end. The diameter of the eye is 3.24 mm. Upper surface is highly polished, while the under surface is rougher. The needle is light yellowish brown in color. Item was found in Clay Township, Scioto County, Ohio. View on Ohio Memory.
