Hopewell Mound Group
Description: Pendant was made from chlorite that is predominantly very dark gray in color with flecks of dark yellowish green and silver. The pendant is roughly rectangular in shape and is narrower and thinner at the ends. There is a large hole drilled through the center. It was broken in two pieces across the center, through the hole, and has been glued together. Item was excavated from the Hopewell Site in Twin Township, Ross County, Ohio. View on Ohio Memory.
