Hopewell Mound Group
Description: Blade made from black obsidian (volcanic glass) is triangular in shape. The sides curve inward from the tip. The corners of the base are rounded. It has been broken and repaired in two places. Near the tip where it was repaired there is a chip. Item was excavated from the Hopewell Site in Twin Township, Ross County, Ohio. View on Ohio Memory.
