Ohio History Connection
Description: Rimsherd includes the neck portion of the body. The rim is decorated with cross-hatched incised lines, immediately below which is a line of triangular punctates (indentations). The neck area is smooth. The body portion is decorated with a two horizontal parallel lines between which are zigzag lines called rocker stamping. It is strong brown in color. View on Ohio Memory.
