Description: Pipe has a long, flat platform that is thicker in middle portion beneath the bowl. There is an excised band running from the bowl base to the ends, top and bottom. The bowl flares from base to the lip. The pipe is very pale brown and dark brown in color. Item was excavated from Esch Mounds in Huron Township, Erie County, Ohio. View on Ohio Memory.
