Lucille Kinley and John Neidhart photograph   Save
Harry Kinley Collection
Description: The photograph shows Harry Kinley's daughter, Lucille, posed outside with her cousin John Neidhart. They stand in grass surrounded by plants and look at the camera. Lucille holds flowers in her arms and wears knee socks and a short dress. John wears a white shirt, a tie, shorts, and knee socks. John Neidhart is the son of Harry Kinley's sister, Villa, and her husband, Joseph (Joe) Neidhart, of Marion, Ohio. Ruth Lucille Kinley (the future Lucille Kuenzli) was born in 1919. Photograph by Harry Evan Kinley (1882-1969), a native of Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Kinley was active in local events and organizations, and spent his professional career as a clerk at his father's store, and later as a traveling salesman for the Marion Paper & Supply Company (1934-1962). Kinley was also an avid lifelong photographer, and the bulk of the Harry Kinley Collection is comprised of glass plate negatives documenting the Kinley family, the city of Upper Sandusky and Wyandot County and surrounding areas.
