Description: Taken in 1936 and 1937, these three photographs show the North Chagrin Reservation trailside museum, shelter house, and bridle trail. As a part of the Cleveland Metroparks since the 1920s, the reservation has long been composed of wildlife sanctuaries and outdoor recreation areas. Spanning a variety of different wildlife habitats, the North Chagrin Reservation is approximately 1,700 acres in size, with the Manakiki Golf Course comprising an additional 200 acres. The first two photographs measure approximately 4.25 by 3.25 inches (10.80 by 8.26 cm), and the third measures approximately 4.75 by 3 inches (12.07 by 7.62 cm). View on Ohio Memory.
