Description: The Castle is considered one of the finest examples of Gothic Revival architecture in Ohio. Features include an octagonal tower, trefoil attic window, and stone capped spires. The house, also known as the Clark-Newton-Davis House, is located on 4th street in Marietta. Melvin Clarke, a prominent Marietta lawyer, built the home around 1855.
