Description: Bag stacker made at the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio, 1921. The portable stacker was designed to stack bags, boxes and packages up to 30 feet high. The lower end remained stationary while the upper end could be placed in any high or low position. It was mounted on swivel wheels so that it could be easily moved.
