Description: 10 foot Aerovane fan made by the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company of Columbus, Ohio inside the factory, 1933. Mine fans were used to force fresh air into coal mines for miners to breathe and to dissipate dangerous gasses. This fan was sold to the Valley Camp Coal Company, location unknown.
