Description: The photograph shows a road, hollow, and trees with several Wittenberg College campus buildings in the background. The back of the photograph reads: "Clark Co., Springfield, O. April 28, 1937. VIEW OF WITTENBERG COLLEGE. Looking north from the Administration Bldg. In the foreground is a natural amphitheater used for college pagaents, [sic] beyond at left is Zimmerman Library, Keller Hall, and a part of Hamma Hall." The hollow is Myers Hollow, which was used for campus events, such as pageants and concerts. Wittenberg College became Wittenberg University on September 1, 1957. View on Ohio Memory.
